Posto fantastico, tenuto con cura e amore. Piscina pulita.

This place is a dream. If you want to see the heart of Italy without all the tourists buzz you have to stay here. The place is really beautiful and relaxing. They also have the best croissants I have tried prepared by the lovely Emma.

Nice location, but spoilt by weekend wedding noise
We stayed for 9 nights recently. During the 2 weekends we were there the hotel hosted 3 weddings. Each wedding caused disruption to our stay. The noise till 3am one morning. Our lounging furniture being removed for the wedding guests to use. No access to the pool. No opportunity to eat in restaurant in the evening. A young couple next to us, were actually crying in the morning, as they were so tired, with no sleep as their 2 month old baby had no sleep. We were not pre-warned by either expedia or the hotel that the weddings would be so disruptive and only on arrival were we even told about weddings. Which was too late for us to change to alternative accommodation. We went to this hotel for peace and quiet, which unfortunately we didn't get over the weekend period. We also had to pay for pool towels, every time we used one. Not just the one off charge, which seemed excessive.
Ho soggiornato nella Junior Suite Agata x 3 notti.

This hotel was more than we'd hoped for with 360 degree views of the most stunning valley with the lovely village of Scheggino nearby. Facilities were exellent and kept beautifully clean. The owners and staff were extremely friendly, especially Stephania who brushed up her english to help us out while we were there. Nothing was too much trouble. We'd recommend it to friends and family willingly and would definitely love to return ourselves one day (and it's not often I say that about a holiday location!)
