"The property was beautiful, the restaurants were good, the staff was great. It was very hard to get service at the pool bar. There were often only two people on staff trying to serve 100+ guests in and around the lobby and pool area. When we arrived there was no concierge at the desk, when we went back later we waited over an hour to get service. A couple hiccups but we would definitely return. The e-bikes and snorkeling gear at the activity center were a great amenity!"
"My wife and I are staying the hotel for celebrate her birthday, the hotel prepared the room with little surprise and all the staff we met are friendly and helpful. We like the food and amenities of the hotel and we especially enjoy the sound bath healing provided by the hotel, it is relaxing and helpful. We love the activity and attend two morning while we are staying, we highly recommend to people who wants to relax or just want to experience what is sound bath."
"After traveling to Aruba since 1984 and staying at different Hotels. Everything @ The Iberostar was awesome. Room, Food and property and especially the staff. All aspects of the staff went beyond service. The only part that was less than satisfactory and a complete failure was the Main pool swim up bar service. Four days in a row we would go up from the beach before going up to the room. Day 1 @ this bar we sat 145mins no service. Day 2 @ 130mins. Day 3, roughly 1hour. Day 4, 45 mins. We voiced our concerns after talking with other guests and they all had the same experience. The heavy set bartender was the worst. The older slimmer taller bartender was working his butt off also the slimmer older light color hair woman also working her butt off. We stayed at this property for 7 days but stopped using this pool. We complained to an assistant manager. Seemed nothing happened. 2 days later we saw the manager from Mexico and he lobby and he was extremely nice an apologized for our experience. Graciously himself took care of us while we all were watching the World Cup in the lobby. Still after all this the service didn’t get any better at the main pool so we stopped using it. After talking with several other families that were having the same experience. They also stopped using this pool. We also talked to several other employees and they admitted that we weren’t the only ones complaining about this pool service. All complaints were about the same heavy set bartender. Sec cams pls"
"Very clean and nice resort. Some staff very friendly and helpful but many others not so much. It took a lot to be acknowledged at bars and a few restaurants, but over all we’d stay again."
"The resort was great and the breakfast was the highlight for us! The pool was awesome, the hot tub was HOT (in a good way) and the location was hard to beat!
Would stay here again, easily!"
