Room for 1 nigh

Good small basic room for 1 night on the way to Alpes. Easy late check in, room was clean, water hot. Car park space.

When we walked in the bed was unmade.. which made me question if it was changed at all after previous guests.. when we moved bed cover there was someone’s t-shirt… NO towels at all, no fridge/coffee/microwave (just be aware) and AC made a huge puddle on the floor only after several hours running. Thank you for the t-shirt, previous owner. What we will wake up to in the morning I wonder.

Très mauvais séjour

Un très mauvais séjour, location de 2 chambres pour ce reposé sur un long trajet. Un groupe d' une quinzaine de personnes sont arrivées et ont commencé a consommer de l alcool sur le parking vers 18h. Puis ils sont partis manger, vers 22h ils étaient tous de retour pour continuer leurs petites fêtes. Personne a l accueil de l' hôtel ni de service de sécurité. Malgré plusieurs demandes des occupants des chambres rien ne les arrête. A 2h 30 du matin je prends l initiative de faire le 17 afin de faire stopper tout ça avant qu'il y ait un dérapage. Après le passage des forces de l ordre vers 2h45 nous avons réussi à dormir jusqu'à 7h30 ou tout ce petit monde était de nouveau debout. A 8h30 quand je ramène nos cartes a l accueil je signale le problème et l hôtesse est au courant et complétement démuni. Je trouverai normal que les personnes qui ont subi ce préjudice soit dédommager un minimum. Je vais rester floue sur l état des chambres, il a fallu que je revisser la serrure de la porte sinon il suffisait de pousser la porte pour l ouvrir et je ne parle pas de l intérieur.

Que dire de cette expérience horrible au 1ere classe. Problème de voisinage bruyant et incivilité (preparation de repas en extérieur, odeur, cris, téléphone en haut parleur..) bref impossibilité de dormir. Jai essayé de leur demander de respecter le silence, je me suis faite agressée verbalement. De ce fait nous sommes allés demandé a l'accueil de nous proposer une autre chambre. En payant un supplément de18 €, nous avons été logés au Campanile. Rien a voir au niveau prestation lit en 160, vraie salle de bain... La dame de l'accueil a vrzument été top, charmante, aindi que l'équipe de restauration. Plus jamais je ne reserverai au 1ère Classe.

Travaillant en soirée et après 5h de route, impossible de pouvoir accéder à ma chambre sous prétexte que j’arrive à 1h du matin. Jusqu’à preuve du contraire j’ai payé ma nuit jusqu’à 12h. C’est inadmissible c’est la première fois qu’on me répond de la sorte depuis presque 20 ans de réservations dans un première classe. A quoi servent les bornes automatiques ouvertes toute la nuit?
