"Very clean room, was very roomy, the staff were all friendly and helpful overall was a great stay very pleased."

I requested it when i arrived and paid, i requested it when I checked out and I also called afterwards and left a message for the person who is in the accounting office and no return call. This has now been over a month. I wont be returning and I wont be booking off Hotels.com because they say you need to provide the receipt"

"The hotel was nice and the staff were friendly, I just didn’t enjoy check-in was 4 o’clock, which is rather late, and check out at 11 AM which is average. I just felt for the money we weren’t there very long. We had a hockey game we were seeing which was far from the hotel. Hockey game started at four so we couldn’t check in until about 7 o’clock at night. So Wednesday there again. Would stay somewhere closer to either downtown Ottawa or Canadian tire Center.. It was close to neither. But the room was nice. The shower was amazing and the bed was very comfortable, but had to pay for parking which you don’t in most other hotels in the middle of nowhere.. Probably wouldn’t stay there again."
