Great hotel, with friendly and helpful staff

We stayed here last year and couldn't see a reason why not to overnight here again this year. The room worked well for one night with a three year old in his own bed. The staff were all welcoming, helpful, and pleasant. The restaurant is a highlight with great food and service. The hotel and grounds are well serviced and presented.

Our stay at the Hotel du Parc was outstanding. Right from our easy check-in to the delicious meals, by Chef Jeremy Gilbert, we were extremely impressed and pleased with every element of our stay. The Chef even made off-menu vegetarian meals for us, to ensure we had variety. The wonderful front office, restaurant and cleaning staff took our stay to the next level. We would like to especially thank Salomee for her guidance and advice. She made our stay extra-special. Although rated as 3 star, the hotel rivals the best hotels we have stayed in for personalized service and culinary delights.

Great food, pleasant staff, well located

We stayed in a family room as a stopover on our way back to Caen. The hotel is well located for visiting Saumur, with good road links. The staff were all very pleasant and welcoming, and the restaurant was excellent. The hotel itself was well presented with good facilities. We would happily stay there again

Very nice staff, breakfast, room, parking and garden. Only disappointment was the lack of rental bikes. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was very nice.

Très bon accueil, séjour agréable.

Deux nuits début août. Chambre au 1er étage, côté parking. Rien à dire sur la chambre elle-même, la salle de bains, toutes deux très propres et agréables. Bien insonorisée par rapport à l’extérieur. TV de bonne taille. Piscine non testée. Petit déjeuner très bien, varié et de bonne qualité. Personnel très avenant et communiquant. Problème d’insonorisation de l’hôtel cependant. Si on y est sensible, il peut être pénible d’entendre tous les allers et venues des voisins du dessus (chambres familiales au 2ème). Trop loin du centre de Saumur pour se passer de la voiture.
