The room was okay, nothing special, but it was clean. There’s nothing nearby at all, so you definitely need a car. Our reservation was cancelled at first for no valid reason, and staff later entered our room while we were sleeping, claiming they hadn’t received payment. I had to show proof that we’d paid correctly, and despite the mistake being theirs, there was no apology for the disturbance. Unprofessional and poorly handled.

Camera abbastanza spaziosa, idem il bagno. Colazione discreta servita presso un'altra struttura facente parte dello stesso grande complesso, 4-5 minuti a piedi non di più. Non c'è personale in loco (se non la ragazza delle colazioni) tutti i passaggi check-in check-out e altre comunicazioni avvengono tramite chat. Bella e suggestiva la posizione nella più totale tranquillità delle colline bolognesi.
