"The location is perfect. Couldn’t have asked for more. I had an issue with cleanliness, pet hair in blankets, found underwear in extendable sofa bed which clearly states that property wasn’t cleaned properly. No staff at the property and when tried to contact for issues, no response. I personally think if paying a price, one deserves a quality. We absolutely loved the property but it needs looking after."

"I saw this property online and I went to see the rooms since everything looked brand new. It is on the waterfront in Harrison, so extremely convenient, and each room looked exactly like the photos. The bed was very comfy and they had larger rooms that can accommodate up to 8 people, so I will be back with friends since Summer in Harrison Hot Springs can be really fun! Thank you again 😊"

"Average hotel in every aspect: Amenity- hotel was an old building with recent renovations, though the soundproofing is terribly poor. We were on 2nd floor and all the sounds made by the guest on the 3rd floor can be heard very clearly. Cleanliness - the Keurig coffee maker has the "Descale" light on, it seems it never gets descaled. Staff - I waited for 5 minutes at the front when checking in, and they refused to offer any connecting rooms or even put us on the same floor. "
