"The check in machine kiosk requires a small learning curve to use efficiently, however the hotel staff were very helpful. The process requires individually scanning each guest’s passport and typing in guest names and address for each room, so for my group of 5 guests (2 rooms), it’s a lot of work compared to typical check-in process where you just gather 5 passports and handing over to check-in staff. Other than this check in process, everything else was great. It is very conveniently located, being directly connected to Kawagoe station and right of top of U-place shopping complex. The staff were very helpful and helped us with calling to local establishments to book attractions/restaurants (since we don’t speak Japanese). The hotel itself is very clean very quiet and looks very new."
