La struttura è datata ma è tenuta bene. Ho trovato la stanza pulita, il letto comodo, la temperatura adeguata (e con possibilità di spegnere l'aria condizionata nella stanza). Accoglienza gentile e check in veloce. Colazione buona e sufficientemente varia. Molto apprezzato il doppio cuscino, tra l'altro di tipologia differente per andare incontro a esigenze diverse.

Bien situé pour accéder aux 5 Terres si l'on n'a pas trouvé de logement à La Spezia, l'hôtel ne mérite pas ses trois étoiles et est juste correct. Réparations au silicone, propreté assez peu suivie, entretien superficiel. Petit déjeûner assez insuffisant. Correct pour un court passage, pas pour un long séjour.

Un hall bella grossa e d'impatto i gestori molto a modo e cordiali,le camere sono abbastanza ampie e sono state ristrutturate non da molto tempo pero ci sono piccole pecche d'usura che in un hotel 3 stelle non dovrebbe esserci .

used as a base for our Cinque Terra experience. close to town, and autostrada. clean,, tipical European hotel. I would stay there again. Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast with lots of choices.

Arrivati a destinazione ci siamo soffermati alla reception per il ceck in, siamo stati indirizzati in camera che si presentava visibilmente pulita, ma camminando a piedi nudi ci si accorgeva della polvere presente sul pavimento. Il bagno non era pulito a dovere soprattutto il water che presentava le parti cromate arruginite (tipo il pulsante per lo scarico e i supporti che fissano la tavoletta al wc)! Al mattino seguente dovevamo lasciare la camera tra le 10 e le 10.30, ma alle 9.50, l'irruenza del personale di pulizia dei locali, bussando alla porta, ci ha affrettati a lasciare la camera!!

Great hotel and staff

The location was convenient for going into Sarzana - only a 10 minute walk to get to centre of city. Or you can drive in a couple of minutes but parking is limited. The hotel was clean, rooms were nice and spacious enough. Desk staff was great and spoke excellent English.
