Comfort in another country!

First time in Hungary on business and room was comfortable and spacious. The room was clean, and the staff was the best most of all. They made us feel welcome and very accommodating at reception and at the restaurant. The restaurant had great food and desserts!! Just a wonderful group of people. It made my stay so much more memorable.

Sehr nettes Personal, welches sogar sehr gut Deutsch spricht. Das Zimmer war mega, zwei Schlafzimmer, eine Küche mit Sitzgelegenheit für sechs Personen, noch ein Doppelbett und ein Bad, in dem man locker zehn Leute in die begehbare Dusche stellen hätte können. Das Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet! Das inbegriffene Frühstück war auch vielfältig und absolut ausreichend, das Abendessen im Restaurant schmeckte auch sehr lecker. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Traumhaft schön mit Whirlpool auf der Terrasse

Wir waren schon zum 3. mal in diesem Hotel, da es einfach herrlich ist, den eigenen Whirlpool auf der Terrasse zu nutzen und den ganzen Aufenthalt über im Zimmer zu genießen. Die Zimmer waren bisher immer wunderschön und einigermaßen sauber. Das Essen war auch immer gut, jedoch ist der Service dort verbesserungsbedürftig. Die Motivation der Kellnerinnen ist nicht hoch und das Essen beim Buffett wird zu selten aufgefüllt. Die Reinigung während des Aufenthaltes (2 Nächte) hat nicht stattgefunden, obwohl wir neue Badetücher direkt beim Check in beantragt haben. (-diese haben wir nie erhalten)

Service lässt leider nach

Leider hat der Service nachgelassen. Beim Frühstück wird man nicht beachtet, Besteck muss man sich selber holen. Am Check in nach einer weiter Buchung gefragt, nichts frei aber auf 3 Plattformen noch Zimmer gefunden. Zimmer war nicht richtig gereinigt, haben die Putzfrau vom Parkplatz beobachtet wie sie auf unserem Balkon lieber geraucht hat. Der Whirlpool roch sehr streng und war extrem laut. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption, kann man nichts machen is halt so.

Schönes Familienwochenende

Super gemütlicher Aufenthalt, als Familie mit Kindern. Frühstücksbuffet top, auch immer genug da. Leider konnten wir aufgrund einer akuten Verletzung eines Familienmitgliedes das Abendessen im Restaurant nicht mehr wahrnehmen. Dies holen wir nächstes Mal nach! Gut wäre es, wenn die Webhotel-Gutscheine auch bei Buchungen über Partnersites gelten würden!

Onyx Luxury - wie Luxus

Die Lage des Appartments**** in Sárvár ist einfach perfekt! Gebaut wurde in 2021. Total zentral, trotzdem absolut ruhig; Parkplatz in Innenhof gelegen. Das Personal ist top. Die Küchenausstattung ist top. 1a Preis-Leistungsverhältnis; Die Therme ist etwa 250 m entfernt.

Overall impression good but could be better

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel and room were nice, and all photos correspond to reality. However, the booked room for 4 was only prepared for two on arrival (missing towels and bathroom amenities). This was fixed immediately. However, the broken light in the bathroom which was detected upon arrival was not repaired throughout the whole stay despite immediate reporting. Soft beds. the water outflow in the shower was insufficient - you stand in 2-3 cm of water ... The discount vouchers for thermal baths must be paid in cash in HUF. Hotel restaurant was nice and served good meal, but unfriendly staff. The sliced lemon with a sliced sticker was served at dinner; 10% hotel discount for dinner was not counted despite the request. The breakfast menu is basic but sufficient. Sausages and eggs were only lukewarm. The powder coffee from machine for breakfast only, espresso coffee must be paid. The overall impression of the stay was good but could be much better if there were no such problems.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel in Thermennähe

Hotel in Thermennähe, für ein Wochenende gebucht. Der Preis war mehr als korrekt, bei Abendessen und Frühstück gibt es nichts zu beklagen. Die Zimmer haben ausreichend Platz für eine 4-köpfige Familie geboten (2 getrennte Schlafzimmer!) Sauber, mit Küche, Bad und Sitzecke zum Essen! Gerne wieder!

The bad was too soft. The plastic sheet in the bad was horrible hot diring the hole night. NO BLACKOUT. NO DARK IN THE ROOM I WAKE UP WITH THE SUN Generaly the design the location is good, but not enough.

Nice room -could have been great with a few change

The room was very nice for the area. We had a studio with a kitchenette. While we did have appropriate utensils, there were several ia few items we needed to buy (wash clotches, paper towels, suction cup soap dishes for the shower). The bed was ok but the sheets were scratchy and did not fit the bed. WiFi did not work at all for half of our trip-we stayed for 10. You need to request servicing the room at the front desk, don’t expect the door notice to work. They forgot to empty our trash a couple of times. The lot was full on a couple of occasions so request the garage key, which was not provided on the first day. There is no laundry on premises. The local spa resort was huge and within walking distance as was a local grocery store.
