"Everything was Amazing.. rooms very quiet..decor is gorgeous..food was great. Excellent service..Just 2 complaints..
1... the silverware at the restaurant sucks..
2... prepare to pay $5 per day for parking..apps says self parking available...but they never say there's a fee till you check in..tricky...parking should be part of the hotel fee they already charge you....didn't like that...other then that.. I loved this plave..."
"The price was comparable chain hotels and even cheaper than others. It’s only about 15 minutes from Lido Beach and St. Armand’s Circle which makes the location ideal if you’re going to the beach. The staff was so helpful. They saw us headed to the beach and asked if we wanted to borrow beach chairs. Not only did they give us chairs, they gave us an umbrella. We didn’t bring any to save room in our car so this was a real blessing. They also have free cookies in the lobby which are fresh every day and are a delicious treat. The room and grounds are very clean and well maintained. The free breakfast has a great variety and saves you from having to buy another meal while you’re visiting. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back."
"Such a modern and beautiful place to stay! Great vibe, location, amenities, and restaurant! We had a room by the pool. It had its own prove patio which was super nice! Highly recommend!"
"I never write a review but THIS HOTEL WAS AWESOME. All of the employees were soooo nice. The front desk person, the breakfast waiter and Barry the shuttle guy was THE BEST! They all went over and beyond in so many ways. And the room was awesome too- super clean and beds were comfy!"
"The Staff was very helpful and friendly. We stayed for two nights in a king suite. Our room was clean. If we needed any extra sheets for our pull out we could easily get it at the front desk. Shower worked well and shampoo, conditioner and body wash was provided. The AC worked well and the room had a ceiling fan that helped circulate the air. We used the laundry rooms, rooms because we needed to do two loads of laundry and both rooms had two washers but one of each was out of order. The dryers were both good. $2 for each load to was and $2 to dry. The pool was only open till 10pm. Although I wouldn't see a 24hr pool open an issue due to no lifeguard on duty, maybe it's an insurance liability for the property. Breakfast was fantastic. Eggs, breakfast meat, potatos, and soft taco condiments. Also typical bagels, toast, muffins, waffles, oatmeal, juice, coffee (all day). Bananas were great. The eating area was spacious and we'll restocked. Parking was convenient. Overall a really good stay!"
