"This hotel is such a comfortable option super close to Darbar Sahib. Excellent location, very clean rooms, great AC, and working elevator. Very comfortable. Only issue we had was the shower leaked a bit but nothing major. "

"It's location is pathetic...Very difficult to drive car near hotel and no particular parking, location of the hotel is in Market. Rooms are just average or below average in which we stayed.... Although staff is fine. The amount they charged is just not worth it. "

"Good location. Room was an airless windowless box. Like all Indian hotels it was worn out and ingrained dirt. The Expedia photographs show a decent room with windows and space what I got was room 202 and my pal 402. Both windowless boxes. The catering was awful unless you want some ghastly green brown liquid curry for breakfast.DIY toast was the best on offer for Europeans."

"Worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. The staff was horrible the room was filthy, the towels were not washed, and when asked for new towel they took 2 hours. People were partying and running around all through the halls all hours of the night and when I asked to check out sooner and get a refund they said NO and would not refund if we cancelded the second night stay. Dirtiest place I have ever stayed in. No one knew what was going on and when we asked to speak with thd person in chage they...

"Felt like construction was not fully complete in some parts of it. I was not a big fan of the neighborhood (close to the highway). I was also given the back room with no window. Overall stay was okay. "

"The location of the property is the best part about it, being near to all the famous places.
The interior/decor is nice. But, the staff service is not good. We came back after four hours and our room was still not cleaned. The Internet for the TV did not work for the whole stay. Nobody came to check it despite multiple calls."

"The staff was courteous, but the room had a few minor flaws, which the staff attended to right away.
The toilet flush got stuck, and the bathroom door lock was also stuck"
"My stay at Fairfield Marriott was very comfortable. I recommend this hotel highly. The staff is very courteous and helpful. This was my second time stay and I was not disappointed.
I give it 5 stars. "
"Great place to stay to visit Harmandir Sahib Golden Temple. It's right in the center of the action of Heritage Street right near the Maharaja Ranjit Singh statue and Jallianwalla Bagh Park. The soundproofing is excellent to get a good night's sleep, because Heritage St is extremely busy all day and almost all night. The room wasn't super clean and had exposed wiring in the bathroom, but for the price, it was fine. We had great hot water. The staff is excellent and listened to our requests and concerns. Keep in mind - it's located on a barricaded area for pedestrian traffic only, so taxis can only drop you off near the barricade so you'll have to walk a few yards to get to the hotel. Inside the lobby, there are 3-4 steps without a railing to get to the elevator/lift - which was tough for senior citizen grandmother."

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!"
