Nice hotel in a central location very close to the train station. Staff is super friendly and courteous. Morning buffet is good too. Small public bath with a good selection of shampoo. Be aware public bath is not tattoo friendly. Would stay here again!

Small but comfortable room in a great location for walking around the city. It was disappointing that we couldn't use the onsen (hot baths) because of our small tattoos

This hotel is in good location, about 8 mins walk from the JR train station's ESTA mall. It is an easy walk on the road with few traffic junctions. Stayed in the double room for 3 nights. The double bed is comfortable for 2 adults. The toilet is small and compact. Breakfast was very good with good variety of Japanese food and western food. Appreciate the effort of the hotel and staff to constantly replenish the food during the breakfast hours. The breakfast is worth the price of 1080 Yen. We skipped housekeeping on one of the days. In return the staff gave us a bag containing the towels and 2 bottles of drinking water..

Pleasant Stay
The hotel's location is good. It's near the JR station, bus terminal and Chuo Bus pick-up station and it makes travelling to tourists areas easy and convenient. There are many nice eateries and restaurants near the hotel. Hotel staff were polite and helpful even though they could only speak little English.

Great hotel close to station, clock tower and park
This is a great little hotel in the centre of Sapporo. We found it quite hard to locate as it was raining and we did not see a name on the outside of the building. Tip.. look for the red awning over the front street window/door. Once inside the girls were friendly and efficient. the room was great.. comfortable twin beds and soft pillows.., food was good and the hot bath in the basement, whilst small was just what we needed at the end of a cool wet grey evening in Sapporo. They happily stored our luggage the next day. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Strategically located Hotel
The hotel is located in the middle of Sapporo station and Odori station. It is strategically located. The room is small but adaque. There is a small microwave for use on level 2. Breakfast is a small buffet selection which is mainly Japanese food. We enjoyed the breakfast served. The staff are very friendly. In summary, we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is very walkable from Sapporo station. My single room is surprisingly spacious and it has most of the amenities and facilities you need from a hotel. Bed is comfortable, pillow was bearable.

Very classy hotel 2 blocks from JR station Sapporo, round the block to the underground shopping walkway. One of the few hotels in Sapporo that boasts a hot bath. Breakfast spread is sumptuous at 1080JPY each.

The staffs are so friendly and when needed help they come to the room within minutes. The room is small but clean. Hotel is near to Sapporo station and even can walk to Odori park and Susukino area.
