Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront
The reception staff were welcoming and friendly. We had a refurbished room on the 18th floor overlooking the harbour which was great. Although the room had an enclosed balcony, there was no seating which we found odd. However, after asking at reception, 2 chairs were provided for which we were grateful. ...

Hotel Willo (formerly YWCA Hotel Vancouver)
My shared bathroom was leaking from the roof at night. They fix it, but it interrupted my sleep. I will not book this hotel in the future.
