Had to spend a night in between flights and felt lucky we found the U-Tiny Hotel! We were met at the airport with someone holding a sign, were driven the short drive to the hotel in air conditioning with complimentary cold waters, and met warmly by hotel staff. The room was very clean and new--our only complaint about the whole stay was the hardness of the beds--which is something we experienced throughout Thailand. That said, we still had very good sleep! I've stayed at this hotel before, when I have nearly morning flight. This time I was ina room which hadn't been renovated. It smelt pretty musty, the lobby area smelt stale. I hope that the next time I'm in a better room again 😳

The property is excellent to access shuttle bus in Suvarnabhumi airport. The shuttle bus runs at very convenient times. Be sure to inform reception of date and time. The staff are very helpful.

Overnight before flight home from Bangkok. Good sized room with 2 double beds. Complementary toiletries, water, tea and coffee. Free shuttle to airport at specific times (every hour). 10 minutes transfer time. Overall, was a great stay for our needs.

I stayed for one night after flying in to Bangkok. I'd pre-booked the hotel shuttle from the airport which currently runs every hour. The shuttle is free and was on time and they were expecting me. The grounds are nicely laid out and the swimming pool looked good, but didn't have time to try it. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. There was a good choice at breakfast and coffee was very good. Overall a very good value hotel especially with the shuttle to and from the airport.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel location is extremely convenient, near major shopping centers and public transportation.

Fabulous stay as always , it’s our 7 th time at the Chatrium. Beautiful room - 1 bedroomed suite with fantastic river views. Breakfast is first class. Service brilliant. Wonderful staff. Friendly, attentive and helpful.

Great hotel in a good location. The room was an excellent size with a great sized bathroom. Comfortable bed and plenty of charge points all around the room! Excellent service from all staff who were friendly and attentive at all times!

Place was clean with excellent staff service. They were attentive to our honeymoon and decorated the room for us complimentary. Our shower leaked slightly but overall great location and good standards.
