We had a small issue with the room, they quickly took charged and fix the issue moving us to another room. Breakfast was ok, definitely a great brazil experience to try their type of breakfast. The location is great, staff was amazing our room was very clean. We spoke English and they trued very hard to accommodate us, love the welcoming. Highly recommended this spot. We enjoyed supper one evening it was very nice, great favor.

The area was super walkable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was not quite up to a great standard with a stain reminiscent of pink mold on the floor of the shower, as well as a window with no covering in the shower providing little privacy while using the bathroom.

Ok hotel, good location. The room was a bit tatty, needs a bit of updating. Shower was boiling or cold. Breakfast was good. Swimming pool almost always in the shade as it's on the ground level surrounded by tall buildings. Saunas were not working. Only 5 minutes walk from paulista avenue.

This is a lovely property! In the very center of everything. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. They allowed an early check in after a horrid experience down the road of which are very grateful for the kindness. Great hot showers !

The property is very run down. The pictures on Expedia are very deceiving. Rooms are old and in urgent need of refurbishing. Very disappointing. The only good thing about the hotel are the staff, who are always kind and willing to help.

Great location.....the rest was a bit dissapointing. Our room was outdated and looked more like a dorm room. The gym is decent. We did not bother trying breakfast and chose to eat in retaurants near by. For the price we paid it was ok, but would not stay here again.

Consistently underperformed, and the issues were distracting us from enjoying our time in S.P. We changed hotels after one night, even though we'd pre-paid and knew we'd lose money on the deal. I think the property could be OK for a lot of people, especially those who are very budget conscious.
