O quarto não tinha uma cadeira para sentar e apoiar para colocar os calçados, não tinha uma mesinha, quartos muito pequenos! Não tinha também o apoio de malas, tivemos que deixar as malas no chão, ficando menor ainda o espaço do quarto… resumindo, hotel muito caro para o que ele entrega.

O hotel é fantástico, com serviço excelente e café da manhã primoroso. Extremamente confortável, com limpeza impecável, é um lugar que faz o hóspede se sentir em casa. Toda a equipe se dedica para proporcionar uma estada de excelência. A localização também é perfeita. A piscina oferece uma vista privilegiada de São Paulo; a única ressalva é que não é aquecida. Fora isso, o hotel é absolutamente impecável.

Chegamos as 17:00 e o quarto nao estava pronto,foi ficar pronto apenas as 19:30…um hotel como o W nao pode acontecer isso,eles estavam tendo um evento com os executivos do MARRIOT,e esqueceram dos Clientes…o atendimento foi impecável e o hotel muito bonito…mas o horário do check in (entrada no quarto) não convem com um hotel desse porte.

Hotel maravilhoso. Estrutura top. Tudo muito lindo e impecável. O que não gostei é do abuso na cobrança de tudo, pedi uns drinks no quarto, algo simples, e cobraram 350,00 o drink. Depois olhando os preços vi que tudo era abusivo. Até o café da manhã tem um preço fora do que consideraria aceitável (e foi a única coisa simples que vi, não gostei). Uma coisa é cobrar justo, outra é que você se sinta literalmente assaltado. Uma pena pois o hotel é fantástico.
