I had problems with the facial recognition process. It did not recognize me, despite of uploading my face and documents with picture, luckily my partner was present and could open the door. The revolving door was often having problems and we could not find anyone to remove the garbage or provide us with clean towels.

O ambiente em si, é muito bom, bem aconchegante e organizado. A localização é ótima também, perto de mercados, farmácias, restaurantes e lanchonetes. Senti falta de mais utensílios de cozinha, o ferro de passar estava com muita sujeira dentro e tive um problema com falta de cobertor no quarto (mas foi resolvido pelo anfitrião).

Diferencial ( protetor auricular no quarto apesar do lugar ser silencioso) Lugar perfeito, próximo ao metrô e tudo o que tinha no anúncio foi oferecido. Pontos a melhorar em minha opinião ( colchão com pouca densidade, deixando com dor nas costas ao levantar e secador de cabelo com pouca potência não secando o cabelo )

Ambiente excelente, limpo, bem localizado , seguro, bem decorado e funcional. O único senão é que a luminária que está localizada acima da cama está defeituosa, piscando o tempo todo, bem como a lâmpada da mesa de cabeceira da direita também está com defeito. Fora isso, o que não comprometeu a estadia, foi tudo ótimo.

O apartamento é bem montado, a roupa de cama, travesseiros já estão cansados. O edificio tem uma boa estrutura com loja de conveniência, mesas para coworking e academia. Não tem garagem, mas na rua consegui estacionar com facilidade. O grande problema é o check-in, estavamos em tres apartamentos, semente 1 hospede teve o cadastro facial finalizado, ou seja os outros ficaram dependendo desse para adentrar no edifício.
