Excellent location and the flat is great. It is like a hotel so they provide cleaning services and security at the door. We wanted to change towels and they brought it to us so fast. I really recommend it!!

Staff were friendly, prompt, and courteous. She even gave us a gift for mother's day. The room itself was clean and as described but the refridgerator was leaking. I appreciate the friendly staff who helped make our stay great!

A localização foi muito boa, em bairro com vários restaurantes e mercados em volta. O atendimento para resolver problemas foi impecável. Cometi um erro na hora da reserva e entrei em contato com ao responsável, que resolveu prontamente. O espaço é bom para uma família. Tem algumas louças, microondas, cafeteira, chaleira e frigobar que facilitam fazer algum lanche na acomodação. No meu quarto não tinha fogão. As instalações são boas e a mobília também muito boa.

Sempre que venho a SP me hospedo aqui. A localização é excelente, proximo de restaurantes bons e fácil de locomover, inclusive à pé. A única ponderação que tenho é sobre o sofá cama que poderia ser mais confortável e os travesseiros são altos (para meu gosto).

Bom, mas pode melhorar

A localização é excelente, o estacionamento gratuito foi um ótimo diferencial e o check-in foi rápido e eficiente. O quarto é amplo, o colchão bem firme. Por outro lado, o lençol estava manchado, o ar-condicionado era barulhento e o box do banheiro estava encardido, com os rejuntes precisando de uma boa limpeza. Com alguns cuidados extras na manutenção e na limpeza, a experiência poderia ser bem melhor.
