The hotel was everything! It’s a beautiful hotel in every way. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was warm and welcoming and very accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. Everything was wonderful and we will definitely be back soon.

Excellent stay, with one area for improvement Overall, my stay was excellent. The property, services, and especially the staff were exceptional. A special mention goes to Nikki at the Front Desk, whose warm welcome, professionalism, and availability were outstanding. My luggage unfortunately did not arrive, and Nikki went far beyond what I would normally expect, providing exceptional support and assistance throughout the situation. Thank you, Nikki, and to the entire team, including housekeeping, for the wonderful service. The only significant issue was the elevators, particularly during the trade fair. At peak times, it could take 10–15 minutes just to go up or down, causing considerable inconvenience. As a Director in the same segment of the hospitality industry, I would offer one constructive suggestion to management: after the trade fair, a simple apology message and perhaps a small gesture, such as a 10% voucher for a future stay, would have been a thoughtful way to acknowledge the inconvenience. Even a brief explanation that this was an exceptional situation would have made a difference. Unfortunately, around 90% of my colleagues said they would not return because of this experience, which I find a real shame, as the property, services, and staff were otherwise excellent. Thank you again to Nikki and the entire team for your exceptional hospitality. I wish you continued success and hope to return under better circumstances. Warmly, Chadi Filippo Harkous

A true Paulista gem

I had such a fantastic stay at Tivoli Mofarrej. The location is excellent and the whole vibe of the hotel is stylish, smart and super comfortable. The staff went above and beyond, always smiled and greeted me and the views from my room were just stunning. I want to go back - now! Highly recommend. Similarly priced to the Renaissance, and in the same area - the Tivoli Mofarrej is miles ahead in service and physical condition of the hotel.

TiVoli Mofarrej offers superb customer service all around, and overall is a great experience. I would recommend this hotel with two caveats: (1) for a luxury hotel, I found the rooms to be a bit outdated; (2) the beds are VERY firm, and I did not find them to be comfortable.

Great experience from start to finish. The room with the city view had the best view of Sao Paulo, I was absolutely stunned. The lobby is beautiful and luxurious, the front staff very welcoming, accommodating and nice. Great breakfast at the rooftop restaurant with stunning views. Location is fantastic, 2 min walking to Ave Paulista, ubers always available closeby. Overall 5 stars, absolutely worth it. Would chose to stay here on my next trip again. Oh and the room, the room was spacious, beautiful, comfortable big bed and an armchair. Room service did an excellent service. Thank you Tivoli.

Ideal place for your Instagram stories

Overall the stay was comfortable. However for a 5 star hotel I would expect better service. For instance at breakfast those who came in from outside seem to have preferred status when accessing tables and to the service. Overall the place had a slightly pretentious vibe about it, at the expense of those staying at the hotel (almost similar in attitude to a Paris waiter), ideally suited to people who care about their profile on ‘Instagram’. In balance I wouldn’t recommend unless you want to be seen at the rooftop bar called ‘Seen’, which really does sum-up the experience.
