I needed a last minute place to stay when I figured out my father wasn't arriving to Sao Paulo the day after I was. We were staying at a hotel in downtown, but I didn't know the geography of the city when I booked this very last minute hotel stay (Literally in the airport). Hotel Aruja is the opposite direction from the place my father and I stayed, but I loved it because it's a part of Sao Paulo I probably would have never seen otherwise. Good food options, friendly people at the hotel and neighborhood, and it's very walkable. Perfect last minute place to spend the night.

A estrutura é honesta, mas falta aprimorar atendimento e a experiência como um todo. Não foi possível conectar na internet mesmo seguindo as orientações. O quarto não dispõe de copos nem de toalha de rosto. AsRecepcao falta simpatia. Café da manhã honesto. Não há instruções no quarto de como se comunicar com a portaria através do ramal.

Restaurante fecha cedo, oferecem duas opções de lanches prontos, em uma região que não tem nada próximo. Exigem o pagamento de qualquer consumo no ato (lanches e bebidas), não podendo ser cobrado no fechamento da conta, porém não tem troco para pagamento em dinheiro e outras vezes a máquina de cartão de crédito não funciona. Atendimento na recepção é precário, falta treinamento e a infraestrutura em geral não é boa.

Poderia ser um bom hotel…

Acho que precisa de várias melhorias, mas é um bom hotel. Pontos negativos: O estacionamento é ruim de manobrar. As toalhas não tem de rosto e as de banho parecem um guardanapo e são super ralas. O sabonete líquido numa embalagem quase vazia. Acho que são pequenos detalhes que incomodam muito quem sai da sua casa para ficar em um hotel que não tem como tomar um banho descente.

Alguns pontos deixam a desejar, o atendimento é ótimo, o cheiro de esgoto chega ser insuportável, ar condicionado as vezes começa a pingar na cabeça das pessoas ou no travesseiro/cama. Alguns pontos poderiam melhorar na questão desse mal cheiro e também da questão do Ar condicionado.

Funcional, mas poderia melhorar.

Bom quarto, novo. Atendimento simpático e prestativo. Pontos de melhoria: tinha formigas de esgoto na pia do banheiro. O café da manhã é ruim, o equipamento não conserva a temperatura da água quente/leite, o pão é horrível e, 09 da manhã, não repuseram os ovos mexidos. Algo que não sei se é possível resolver: ficamos no quarto 404 e o barulho da rodovia parece estar dentro do quarto. A taxa pet também é carésima, R$ 80 por diária.

Atendimento deixa a desejar, tive que repetir meus dados mais de uma vez, pois o sistema caiu, o aquecimento do chuveiro e torneira foram muito demorados, café da manhã muito fraco com pouquíssimas opções. Não recomendo.

Viagem com a família a Arujá, São Paulo

Foi minha segunda estadia. O Hotel em si é muito bem localizado, próximo do centro e da cidade de São Paulo (50 minutos de carro). A reserva é que foi complicada: no dia não consegui falar por telefone para conseguir o quarto para a minha família. Fora isso eles são ótimos: toda a equipe do hotel está de parabéns.

O hotel para uma diária foi muito bom, os quartos são bem pequenos mas atendem a necessidade. Poderia ter uma acessibilidade melhor, mesmo ficando no primeiro andar, tive que subir com a minha mala pelas escadas o que não é muito confortável. Os funcionários parecem meio atrapalhados e a estrutura para o café da manhã não funciona muito bem se ele estiver com a lotação completa, pois faltam lugares e materiais (pratos, talheres, copos). O estacionamento é bem restritivo e embora haja manobrista não é tão confortável pq temos que deixar as chaves.
