Good hotel with loud rooms

They got a very nice breakfast, clean room, quite good bed and is well located. But it's on the way of airplanes on their landing route to Congonhas airport. From 23h to 6h it's calm, but during the rest of the day there is the sound of an airplane landing every 5 minutes. It's a quite good hotel and it deserved noise proof windows

The buildong is too old and elevetors don't work properly. The toilet bowl is extremely small, like for kids. This condition is antihygiene, terrible.

was good but not perfect...my best concerning is about cleaning...thre was a dead cockroach in a restaurant and nobody cleaned it and also the room floor was not cleaned during my stay

Don’t recomemend

Rude staff, slow with no intention of improving the stay. I stayed in room 1209, the shower door didn't close, the drain was blocked and the soap dish was falling out. I asked to change rooms and they said they couldn't. The cleaning of the room was very poor and the service was terrible. I don't recommend it even for one night

Dirty and incomplete

The room and bathroom were dirty and moldy. The bedding didn't fit the matress, there werent enough blankets. The curtains were loaded with dust that flew when opening. Breakfast was mediocre and staff was always on the way and didn't know what kind of foods they had. The keycards didn't work most of the time. The swimming pool was dingy and dirty, so was the gym. We won't be staying here again.

Único problema foi com relação ao banheiro. Box não dava vazão à água, que retornava para o banheiro, inundando. Além disso, o botão da descarga travava na posição de saída de água. Se não agisse para soltar iria esgotar a caixa de agua

A limpeza, o tamanho do quarto, a localização e a cordialidade dos funcionários são excelentes. O café da manhã também é um destaque, muito completo e saboroso. O ponto que deixou um pouco a desejar foi o barulho — não há bom isolamento acústico entre os quartos nem nas janelas, o que faz com que os ruídos sejam facilmente ouvidos. Considero um bom custo beneficio, desde que você nao se importe com barulhos.
