Nice cost-benefit stay in São Paulo

Good cost-value option. Well-located, clean, breakfast was a plus-side. Recepcionist Gabriel was really kind, the free during breakfast as well. Paid parking is a down-size, but that’s ok.

There were multiple maintenance issues that were not taking care of. It was kind of like staying at an old super 8 in United States or canada. But for $150 a night it just seemed like it wasn't worth it. The AC was not turned on before we entered the room. And it took a few hours for it to work. They photocopied all our passports which was a little strange. Door handles were loose or missing. Maybe if we paid $40 it would have a higher rating. It was clean but kind of grimy. The buffet however was good,

The hotel is close to airport but people in the reception are not kind and gentle, and the list too old and a lot of noise on the hallway, apparently too little insulation between rooms!!

Toalhas sujas. Tinha 3 toalhas no quarto Uma estava molhada com cara de que já tinha sido usada. Outra tinha cabelo então também não devia ter sido lavada. Banheiro sem descarga. Tinha urina no vaso. O cobertor deixado no meu quarto, estava usado, com cheiro de outras pessoas. É preciso deixar um cobertor limpo, de preferência dentro de um plástico para mostrar que foi lavado. Eu estava muito cansada da viagem e não pedi para trocar. De resto, foi tudo ótimo.
