I visited the same Hotel Last Year The Location is very good because you can travel around without having to go in and out of the Center of Sao Paulo which takes hours. A new company runs the Hotel now named TROLL They know how to manage Hotels.

A quem possa interessar. Estive hospedado no Hotel Ramada Encore em Osasco na data de 6 de dezembro, quarto 501, porém gostaria de tecer alguns comentários em relação a limpeza do quarto, sugiro que o banheiro seja melhor limpo, tinham pêlos de barba na pia do banheiro, pó no recepiente do sabonete, bem como no recipiente do shampoo e embaixo da cama estava bem empoeirado, o setor de limpeza deveria se atentar a esses detalhes. Outra questão muito desagradável que me fará repensar se voltaria a me hospedar foi pelo fato de que na hora do meu late check out, às 18hs, paguei uma taxa alta para ter esse late check out, fui informado pela educada recepcionista Thays sobre uma taxa por ter recebido um amigo no quarto no valor de R$ 61,00 reais, questionei essa taxa pelo fato de não ter vislumbrado essa regra durante a minha estadia e muito menos ter sido informado no momento do check in, o valor foi estornado pela gentil recepcionista, pois a mesma entendeu que foi uma falha do hotel, interessante seria treinar melhor os recepcionista que estavam nesse turno, por volta das 13hs, para que informem melhor os hóspedes sobre as regras do hotel, eu teria pelo menos a opção de receber ou não o meu amigo, me senti vigiado e foi bastante desagradável ser abordado com essa taxa, já me hospedei em diversos hotéis ao redor do mundo e nunca passei por tal situação, espero que essa mensagem seja analisada e que possam tomar atitudes para que não aconteçam com outros hóspedes essa situação ruim

O hotel terceiriza o café da manhã e nao gostei das opçoes. O pessoal que trabalha nesse redeitório nao sao agradáveis! Qdo chegamos, fiquei no 813, e o colchao é péssimo! Com uma baixa! Arrancaram a ducha higienica. Fui na recepçao e solicitei outro quarto, tendo a recepcao informado que o hotel estava lotado, porém encontrei uma faxineira limpando o 801 e pedi que fizessem a alteraçao. Foi feita a mudança. Mas, a verdade que observei é a falta de manutençao devido ao tempo de uso!
