Staff (front desk, maintenance & cleaning, breakfast servers) were friendly and very helpful. Room was fairly well-appointed, but a bit worn-looking in places. Water pressure and hot water were excellent! Breakfast included a lot of options and was very good. The area is safe and convenient to a number of upscale dining options, particulary Italian restaurants. Unfortunately, the rooftop pool water was greenish, murky and uninviting. Overall a good to very good hotel for its price.

It's best in region.Very close to jkiguatemi and Iguatemi both malls.Pool is small and sport center is fine enough. Surrounded by different type of restaurants.A bit far from any convenient store or supermarket.

My pillow was kind of smelly. Somebody left some leftovers of at least five days ago in the elevator’s hallway and that was really smelly. Nothing about the hotel itself but they should have taken care of these issues.

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, promptly addressing all of our questions. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was excellent—within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and a shopping mall. The buffet breakfast, which was included, was fantastic with plenty of options that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Honestly, this was such an amazing stay and felt like a sweet, memorable part of São Paulo! The location is central and close to so many incredible food spots, unique experiences, and great shopping. All the staff were so attentive and welcoming we felt safe and well taken care of the entire time. The restaurant and bar teams went above and beyond. Even though we don’t speak much Portuguese, they made it work and helped us in every way they could. William at the front desk was truly one of the highlights of our trip he gave us fantastic recommendations and was so friendly and charismatic. Honestly, we’d come back just for him alone! Whether you’re visiting with family or traveling solo, the Radisson Blu is something special. Highly recommend!
