Great location and friendly staff

Very good stay with a friendly staff and great breakfast. The Hotel is also well located for business appointments in the heart of São Paulo.

Great property for a convention, group event, or weekend in São Paulo but not a safe neighborhood for walking. The TAXI stand is just outside the lobby and it feels a world away from the safety of the hotel. Great restaurant on site, but the bar was closed for some weird reason when we stayed.

The safe didn't work in my room. The front desk said they'd send somebody by to fix it (room 2204) and they never did. The doors don't close properly, there are clearly marks on the room doors off people trying to break in. This hotel does not take security seriously.

The safe in our room did not work. After the problem was escalated to the management they had to bring in a new safe as the old one was beyond repair. The TV remote control did not work. The shower door was crooked and did not close properly. The breakfast was very limited and of poor quality. Housekeeping was nonexistent. They just would not clean our room unless we complained to the management. The street noise could be heard inside the room no matter what floor your room was on. We would not come back to this hotel.

The room was very unique with beds on both sides of a large curved room. But it works! The view was great. Lots to do nearby. Parking was a bit difficult as nothing is clearly marked when you pull into the tunnel where Uber and valet all combine into a tight space. Staff was amazing!!

Muy buena atención en la recepción nos colaboraron en todo, el desayuno excepcional con muy servicio. Muy buena limpieza, realmente lo único es que el cubrecama estaba manchado y un poco sucio. El resto fabuloso. Volveremos a este hotel.

O café da manhã cheio, variedade de alimentos porém de baixa qualidade, difícil conseguir lugar para sentar, sem contar o tumulto e barulho Com realçao a cama pegamos o quarto com sacada, não tem proteção acústica, um barulho horrível, tem um holofote no beiral da sacada que oscila entre o branco e o roxo, e as cortinas de péssima qualidade. Na chegada até ouve uma tentativa de agrado com alguns doces deixados no quarto, porém a qualidade bastante questionável. Os corredores escuros, carpet extremamente sujo e mal cheiroso. Não voltaria em hipótese alguma. Havíamos feito reserva para 4 dias, dormimos apenas 1 devido ao adiantado da hora, no dia seguinte reservamos outro hotel e nos retiramos. O que tenho a ressaltar foram extremamente prestativos para fazer o estorno dos demais dias
