The breakfast is no the same anymore, very poor in options and staff in lobby is very rude and no people to help you with bags and I was operated on and had to take my bags alone to the room and at check out too, without messenger service

Comfortable but Kafka-style bureaucracy

Room comfort and amenities good and as expected. Three gripping points: 1) Room door doesn't lock and slams with noise 2) Same queue for check-in and check-out, no express check-out, resulting in unnecessary waiting times 3) Access to breakfast room necessarily slow as need to fill-in paper instead of having attendants checking list with room numbers as customary in any other hotel.

barulho nos corredores de madrugada

A estadia foi ótima em quase tudo. a única coisa que pecou é que precisam orientar os demais hóspedes, que quando eles chegam de madrugada no corredor dos quartos, que tem mais hóspedes dormindo. Durante todas as três noites que dormi fui acordada por outros hóspedes gritando bêbados nos corredores de madrugada.

Falta de retorno sobre objetivo esquecido no hotel

A estadia no Novotel foi boa, a localização foi um fator importante e positivo pois tinha evento no Expo Center Norte. Café da Manhã ótimo! Porém, esqueci uma roupa de valor no hotel e simplesmente não consigo apoio do Hotel e da governança para localiza-lá. Minha avaliação está mudando simplesmente por causa disso
