Everything was amazing. Security had to let me out of the gate. I am not sure if I was to pay for self parking or not but they did not seem to say that I needed to. The language barrier between us made it difficult but they were very accommodating. The gym unit could use a little reorganizing to better use the space but I was able to manage a small workout. Breakfast buffet was amazing.

Highly recommend. I stayed with my son for an event at the Expo Centre Norte and was very pleased with how close this was to the venue and how nice the facilities were. everyone spoke English which was very convenient. They even had outlets that accepted various types of plugs so I didn’t even need to bring an adapter.

TERRIBLE SERVICE – DO NOT RECOMMEND I stayed at Novotel São Paulo North Center and had a horrible experience. Despite my confirmed reservation, the front desk refused to give me a room until 2 pm, after a long flight. Staff do not speak English, which is unacceptable for an international hotel. When I finally got a room, the bathroom had a dangerous water leak that was never fixed, despite repeated complaints. After moving to another room, I discovered they don’t even clean properly—the same plastic tag stayed on the floor all day. At checkout, the manager promised a refund that never happened. A month earlier, I stayed at Novotel Santa Cruz, Bolivia, and the service was excellent—the complete opposite. Avoid this hotel. Terrible service, unsafe conditions, and false promises.
