The worst hotel motel in Brazil everything dirty recepcionists rude they try to charge you for everything and you don’t take it far from everything no restaurants near nothing stay away and very dangerous really and of course the WiFi is not working

Experiência extremamente decepcionante. Minha hospedagem neste hotel foi marcada por problemas de limpeza, desorganização e um constrangimento que considero inadmissível. Ao entrar no quarto, encontrei sinais claros de falta de higienização: havia fios de cabelo na pia do banheiro, um sabonete usado dentro do box e a cama não possuía lençol, apenas uma manta cuja aparência não transmitia confiança quanto à limpeza. Já nesse momento, a experiência ficou muito aquém do esperado. Após duas noites de hospedagem, renovei minha estadia por mais uma diária através do Hotéis.com, com pagamento realizado antecipadamente. Antes de sair do hotel, informei pessoalmente à recepção sobre a renovação e apresentei o comprovante da reserva. A funcionária não conseguiu localizar a reserva no sistema, mas imaginei que a situação seria resolvida internamente. O maior problema ocorreu quando retornei ao hotel durante a madrugada. Na frente da pessoa que me acompanhava, fui abordado de forma ríspida por um funcionário que insistia que eu deveria pagar a diária para permanecer hospedado. Mesmo apresentando novamente o comprovante da reserva já quitada, continuei sendo questionado e exposto a uma situação extremamente constrangedora. Somente após várias tentativas o funcionário conseguiu localizar a reserva já paga e pediu desculpas. Contudo, o constrangimento já havia acontecido. O episódio demonstrou despreparo da equipe, falhas na comunicação interna e dificuldade no manuseio do sistema.

Reservei pensando que era um Hotel, e se trata de um motel, incluindo uma placa com os preços dos períodos. Limpeza precária, lençol furado e sujo, gotas pegajosas no chão (espero que não seja o que parecia), azulejos do banheiro com sujeiras aparentemente fáceis de limpar, vaso sanitário encardido e cheiro ruim, paredes do quarto sujas. Toalhas sem estarem em um plástico, ficando a dúvida se estavam limpas. O estacionamento e localização são boas para quem tem compromissos na zona norte. Café razoável pelo preço da diária Check in e check out rápidos. O custo foi bom, mas infelizmente estava incluso as questões negativas citadas acima.
