The hotel is a dump. Lots of problems in the rooms and breakfast is a battle with the number of people trying to get to the buffet with lots of empty serving trays. The food is not supplied/replaced quickly enough. It’s a royal disaster. If you’d like to throw your money in the garbage, go ahead and book to stay at this dump. My advice is: run, run, run. Book somewhere else. Good luck!

This was my second stay. The first time I had a room on the 11th floor, which had been renovated and had a coffee maker. My second time, the rooom was on the 7th floor and, while clean and with a comfortable bed, it was showing some wear and tear (few power outlets, slightly broken toilet flush buttons). Would recommend their premium rooms on the 10th and 11th floors.

Personal debe ser más agradable por ejemplo no debe usar tanto el NO y NO SE PUEDE y en su lugar decir: Vamos a hacer lo mejor posible! Al final es un NO pero dicho de otra forma y da a entender que se preocupan por ayudar al cliente que al final de cuentas es quien ayuda a los empleados a tener su salario, la habitación es limpia y el personal de limpieza es amable contrario al del mostrador de entrada donde además de ser poco amables tienen una sola persona con un sistema de check in muy antiguo donde se forman grandes filas y medido por reloj pueden tardar hasta 10 minutos para entregar una habitacion

Não tenho nada a reclamar dos funcionários, o senhor que fica na portão muito educado, prestativo me orientou a chegar na Paulista, muito simpático, nada para me queixar da hospedagem em si. Local tem uma boa localização é perto do terminal rodoviário. A cama mesmo de solteiro é espaçosa e muito boa para dormir. Foi muito boa esses 2 dias, já posso voltar sem medo. Café da manhã maravilhoso, bem farto, só faltou o iorgut rsrs Só não dei 5 estrelas devido ao problema no controle da televisão que não funcionava de jeito nenhum e como o funcionário já tinha ido embora, eu teria que ficar sem assistir a TV, achei péssimo isso e a recepção não fez nada, apenas essa resposta. Mas eu indignada tive que perguntar se não teria outro apt p ficar, já que não foi solucionado o problema, teve que partir de mim essa solução e não da recepção. Ainda bem que tinha apt vago, pq pelo que eu entendi teria que ficar no q eu estava sem tv, se não tivesse outro no mesmo valor, que na minha opinião foi péssimo essa resposta. E a piscina que não tinha como entrar, estava faltando uma limpeza, não tinha o filtro ligado, mas como fiquei mais na rua no dia seguinte relevei. Mas no conjunto recomendo. Foi bem tranquilo. A
