Bathroom not so nice, hairdryer unsafe. First gave single room then a couple room but bathroom was defect. They were reforming the hotel, so they are improving ❤️‍🩹

A nice hotel

A bit dated, but clean. Some staff spoke English, but not the majority, which is problematic in a tourism-industry. Not a native English speaker I expect other languages than the country’s is spoken at hotels. Else friendly staff.

Check in was a little rough… the 8th floor has the 1800 number rooms, not the 800’s, which is simple enough, but my key didn’t work, so I started to doubt it, then I needed the key to operate the elevator, so I was stuck. The area is great for shopping and dining. The rooms are small but a good layout with a tv that swivels from bedroom to living room with a kitchenette.

Hotel building and properties were well maintained and updated. Staff at the desk was friendly but english was poor. Restaurant staff was down right rude and inhospitable. Food was good but service negatively impacted the review. Concierge or at the door person had to be convinced to get us a cab.

Nice room in a good location, but there was water dripping from the bathroom ceiling and it made noise all night long. Hallway ceilings were under construction, so there were large holes in the ceiling. Otherwise, it was fine and staff were helpful.

Colchão muito firme, só um travesseiro. Ar condicionado um pouco fraco. Limpeza foi excelente. Sauna, piscina grande e aquecida maravilhosa. O vaso sanitário não dava descarga com pressão, quase impossível fazer tudo descer bem. Mattress was very firm, only 1 pillow. Air conditioning was a little weak. Cleaning was excellent. Sauna was working fine and the pool is huge and heated. Toilet had weak pressure, impossible to flush if toilet paper is thrown. Outdated features and look, however the room still looked alright.

The staff is very nice and the hotel lobby is pretty. The rooms are very small and congested (beds and bathroom). Beds are hard and the linen is poor quality. Limited power outlets in awkward places around the room. Amenities in the bathroom were not refilled properly even after service. The elevators are extremely slow and unintuitive and it takes forever to get to the room from the lobby and back. Still use stripe card keys that tend to get demagnetized easily. Lastly in my case EXTREMELY noisy! There was construction going on right above my room and they ran a drill on a Friday morning from 8am till late evening. No warning was provided for me to make alternate arrangements in time for my office calls. Then on Friday night through Sat afternoon, the neighboring building had some sort of low whining alarm blaring through and through.

atendimento da equipe, maravilhoso, todos muito educados e prestativos, porem a hospedagem em si, deixou a desejar, com bagagem e criança, me colocaram em um quarto, assim que entrei no quarto me ligaram que nao era aquele quarto, me pediram pra trocar, o motivo seria que o outro quarto ja estava pronto com berço e banheira que eu tinha pedido, nos mandou pra um quarto menor que o primeiro, muito apertado e que njao estava nem berço e nem banheira, nao entendi a mudança, fiquei 3 dias e sai sem entender a iluminação, nao tinha como ficar so com a luz do banheiro acesa, uma bagunça, com bebe dormindo, tinha que tomar banho a luz do celular, ou acender do quarto todo, o cafe da manha extremamente fraco, ja fiquei em hospedagens muito mais economicas com cafes bem melhores, todos os 3 dias que descemos pro cafe, paes duros, fruta verde, todo dia meu filho pedia pra comer banana. porque ele via, mas as bananas extremamente verdes, todos os dias, nao entendi porque colocar bana verde, no geral, nao vale o preço, provavelmente foi a primeira e ultima vez que fiquei.
