For the price of a room, this is an excellent place. I find the rooms very small - cannot imagine being with a second person in the room I was given. Also, there is not really a lounge area adjacent to the hotel bar. Just tables and chairs. Breakfast is excellent and you are very close to a Metro station which is very convenient.

I was pleasantly surprised with the Hotel. Ibis has really stepped it up. The hotel has a young, fun feel to it. Staff was great. Ping Pong, arcade game and more in the lobby. The arcade game was out of order but I am sure it will be back up and running soon.

1) O quarto não possui bom isalamento acústico - ouvimos o som do trem durante a noite, o barulho do quarto de cima utilizando o banheiro e o ronco de alguém dos quartos vizinhos. 2) Entramos no quarto, logo ligamos a TV e verificamos que não haviam canais disponíveis. Imediatamente entramos em contato com a recepção que encaminhou um técnico. O técnico identificou o problema e disse que não era possível fazer o reparo no mesmo dia. Solicitamos a troca de quarto, mas alegaram que não haviam quartos disponíveis. Porém, no check-in foi perguntado qual andar preferíamos, apontando que haviam sim quartos disponíveis (lembrando que o problema doi prontamente identificado assim que entramos no quarto).
