I think it's a good hotel in general, but they should improve cleanliness of the shower. Breakfast was good, dinner was not so good. I asked for grilled chicken and it was too small and the waiting time was too long. I complained about the chicken after I ate. The waiter told me that they could prepare something else for me and that I should have told her at the moment. She was really nice, but I didn't accept because I didn't want to wait so long. The hotel staff is very nice in general.

The property is across the street to a large shopping mall. The beds were horrible. It was 2 boxsprings with a pillow top placed on top. The pillow top kept sliding off to one side of the bed. When they came in to "clean the room" on two of the three occasions they didn't change our sheets and only put clean towels and toilet paper in the bathroom without cleaning it. Maintenance had to be called to request the tv be unscrewed from the wall so we could connect an HDMI cable to watch movies becauae they had limited channels available. The breakfast was only available to those who paid extra money at booking and the food was cold everyday.

Fui assistir a um show em Sao Paulo e minha estadia no Ibis Ibirapyera foi bem proveitosa. Funcionarios gentis e café da manhã muito bom . So o banheiro, sem bancada para colocar meus cosmeticos, escova e creme dental, me incomodou um pouco. No geral foi tudo bem.

Na propaganda o estacionamento incluso no checkin não avisam e o estacionamento é pago, falta de informação necessária e desconforto, quarto limpo, não tem serviço de quarto tivemos que esperar o restaurante fazer o pedido na recepção tb desconfortável, café da manhã quase sem opções principalmente em proteínas, os funcionários do hote são muito educados e prestativos

Foi excelente! Nos hospedamos neste hotel para ficar próximos do santuário onde ocorre a missa do Padre Marcelo Rossi, e o hotel fica em uma ótima região... na mesma rua do santuário (fomos e voltamos a pé - fica a 1,8km mas gostamos de caminhar). Ao lado do hotel ficam 2 shoppings, um deles (exatamente ao lado) é o Interlar, só com móveis planejados e itens para casa, e o outro, é o Shopping Interlagos com uma grande variedade de lojas, praça de alimentação, e também o mercado Carrefour, que já abre às 7h da manhã e foi excelente para nós. O hotel é padrão Ibis, em conforto, atendimento, limpeza, gostamos muito.

Pior hotel que já me hospedei

Simplesmente nos colocaram em um quarto cheio de mofo, quando tomamos banho o quarto inundou de água. Nós colocaram em um outro quarto do mesmo padrão, mas nenhum deles a foro aqui correspondia ao que vivenciamos, limpeza deixa a desejar, toalhas velhas, com cheiro de mofo.
