Nada a reclamar. Fui super bem atendida desde o primeiro contato. Precisei adicionar mais dias depois, e o pessoal da hotel de prontidão resolveu o meu problema. O rapaz que ficava na recepção durante a parte da noite (me esqueci o nome), sabe lidar maravilhosamento com o público e tem um atendimento impecável.

Discernimento

Razoável, interfone não funcionava, cheiro de mofo nas toalhas de banho, estacionamento espremido, mofo no teto do quarto, hotel antigo com pinturas velhas, numa das laterais para onde dava a janela do nosso quarto, ponduravam as roupas de cama em varais para secarem, coisa ridícula e absurda.
