Atendimento perfeito, hotel sem nenhum cuidado
O atendimento foi perfeito mas o Hotel deixa muito a desejar. Hotel antigo, paredes do quarto emboloradas com um cheiro super forte de mofo, água não estava esquentando. Janela não trancava e tinha frestas muito grandes, a toalha não estava 100% seca e o banheiro longe de estar limpo.
Pela localização e grandeza do hotel, um investimento em modernização cairia muito bem.
Mas uma vez mais deixo meus elogios ao atendimento, desde o atendimento virtual até o presencial.
O Hotel tem grande potencial, só precisa ser cuidado.
