Ola , cheguei um pouco antes do horário, e me disponibilizaram outro app para eu não ficar esperando, mas nesse AP não tinha sinal de internet, e como eu tinha ido a trabalho, precisa usar o notebook, fui locada em outro app e deu tudo certo Como eu precisava de um local só para dormir, foi ótimo, marcado perto, alguns restaurantes, mas acho que o hotel poderia disponibilizar café da manhã Isso fez falta. Voltarei me hospedar com certeza,pelo custo benefício, e por ser perto do local onde eu vou para os treinamentos.

Não tem conforto

Instalação rudimentares, com elementos básicos, mas muito antigos. Quarto pequeno, sem acessibilidade, pois não tem elevador. E, dependendo do quarto que selecionarem para o hóspede, tem que subir escadas, sendo que não me foi questionado sobre essa questão de andar. De cuidado eu daria destaque somente a atenção e gentileza da funcionária Cristiane que é bastante dedicada e esforçada.

O local é bacana para dormir, estava limpo e arrumado. Ponto negativo é o estacionamento muito pequeno. A Tv é antiga, e alem de ser antiga estava em uma posição muito ruim, fica no alto, o que dificulta assistir se voce estiver deitado. De resto é tranquilo, o atendimento é bom, sao rápidos e solicitos. Para dormir 1 noite é ok, nao é um local para passar mais de 1 dia.

Hotel bem fraco. Parece um motel dos anos 90 que está sendo usado como hotel hoje. Tomadas que são da mesma data, apenas 2 num quarto pra 4 pessoas, que ainda são antigas, do tipo haste. A TV não ligou. Precário. Fujam desse lugar.

Atendimento para acesso ao hotel de péssima qualidade, sem interesse algum em recepcionar o hospede. Atendente não tem nenhum comprometimento, sem noção no que fala. Tive um estresse para estacionar meu veiculo, pois o atendente informou que não havia vagas para estacionar, alegou que eu não tinha direito a uso de garagem, ao acessar o estacionamento esta praticamente vazio. Vidros do vitro do banheiro todos quebrados. Infelizmente não penso em voltar neste local.

Vc faz o Cheking na calçada, horrível super perigoso. Não te deixam entrar no lobby sem falar com um pessoa jo interfone. No quarto só tem uma tomada, não tem lençol pra se cobrir e cobertores velhos.

Hotel para 1 noite.

Hotel bem simples, em uma localização razoável pra quem tem compromissos na zona sul de São Paulo. Reservei devido ao estacionamento, porém chegando lá não tinha mais vagas disponíveis, e me foi informado que teria que ser reservada a vaga. O atendimento foi péssimo, pois não tem uma recepcionista então todo o contato é feito por interfone com uma central. Isso fez com quem ficássemos quase 15 minutos pra fora do hotel, a noite, na rua que é pouco movimentada. O checkin também foi difícil, uma vez que informaram que iriam mandar um link, mas não mandaram. O quarto estava bem limpo, as roupas de cama/toalha também. Colchão e travesseiros razoáveis. Não usei o ar condicionado. Chuveiro esquentava bem. É um hotel para passar apenas uma noite.

O custo-benefício é muito bom caso a pessoa queira economizar. Porém é uma hospedagem simples. Um detalhe é que todo atendimento inclusive no hotel é de forma remota. Mas se fosse necessário ficaria novamente.
