Por não ter lido uma mensagem que me enviaram solicitando a cópia de um documento de identidade, coisa que poderia ter sido resolvida no chekin, fiquei impossibilitado de acessar a propriedade, só o fazendo no dia seguinte, tive que pagar uma diária em hotel e pior, não me concederam o crédito da primeira diária paga não usufruída. Um verdadeiro absurdo e fiquei com no prejuízo!
