The hotel is very well located between Avenue Paulista and Rue Olivier Friere, it's a pleasant neighbourhood and felt safe. The staff were friendly and helpful, my room was spacious and well maintained.

One of the best experiences I had in São Paulo. All the hotel crew is incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly. The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants, malls, and the best streets in town. The apartment is clean, luxurious, and has all you can ask for. I will stay again on my next trip to São Paulo.

Ricardo at the night front desk was friendly and helpful. Also there was a doorman also named Ricardo who was friendly. Stayed with 2 kids so the 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our needs. They also have a playground the kids enjoyed. Right next to Oscar street for food and shopping. Super market 1 block away. Safe area. They have free access to laundry machines also which was convenient.

I stay there in January 2024 Visiting from the USA, and again in July 2024. The staff is very accommodating. The room is comfortable. Their breakfast is pleasant. And it’s an easy walk to Avenida Paulista. I will be visiting Brazil again and probably staying there again.

Quiet, charming place to stay in SP

My wife and I stayed in the George V (Deluxe suite) for four nights in October 2024. It is a lovely hotel, with very sizable and well-appointed apartments, and located in a very nice neighborhood, with many stores and restaurants nearby (we shopped in the huge Carrefour hypermarket, a short walk across Av. Nove de Julho). The Apt had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is also great, though a little limited in choices, with plenty of delicious, fresh food. Best of all though is the Staff; they are super friendly and helpful. If you are going to Paulista Ave from the hotel, I suggest you take an Uber as the walk is all uphill, and quite steep in places. Overall, it is a great place to stay and good value for money, given the area it is located in.

Very friendly staff, great location, rooms were amazing, and so were the amenities. Recommendation, find a better way of tracking what is taken from the minibar/refrigerator. We purchased our own wine and water from A store around the corner and put it in the refrigerator. When we left were told we drank water from the fridge and had to pay for it. We did not as we bought ourselves and just stored it in the refrigerator. They were very nice and reimbursed us, but it was uncomfortable being accused of taking something we didn’t.
