Excelente custo benefício.

Excelente. Tivemos um probleminha, porque reservei quarto com camas de solteiro e quando chegamos era de casal, como ei tinha salvas as conversas, eles prontamente providenciaram um outro quarto para minha amiga. Tudo perfeito, bem localizado, fomos a pé até os restaurantes da ViIla Madalena e andamos muito de metrô que fica próximo também. Bem equipado. Nada a reclamar.

Localização e conforto

A localização é perfeita. Perto do metrô, da vida norturna, supermercado e etc. O bairro está com quantidade intensa de construções( como na cidade toda), por isso há barulho de obra. Porém não chega a atrapalhar a estadia, que possui portas e janelas bem vedadas. Gostei mto no geral. Qto a conservação, acredito que precise de atenção a pontos simples, como suporte do secador de cabelo que não está bem fixado na parede, tábua do vaso que não está bem fixada (bem desconfortável tentar consertar), cheiro vindo da pia da cozinha. No mais, tudo ótimo. Voltarei com certeza.

Muito Satisfeita!

Fui com minha filha para realização de uma prova e, ao procurar um lugar para ficar, busquei proximidade do local da prova, segurança e custo. Fiquei muito satisfeita com a estadia. Já estou acostumada a ficar nesse tipo de studio, então sei que eles são bem compactos. O local é muito tranquilo, muito perto do Beco do Batman, metro Vila Madalena e bares para quem também busca o agito. Fui muito bem atendida pelo WhatsApp da Charlie na minha chegada , me orientando a configurar o wifi e a TV aberta e com pronto atendimento me levando uma toalha de rosto pois estava faltando. Cozinha equipada com o básico para 2 pessoas. Não cozinhei mas usei bastante o microondas e geladeira que deixou as bebidas geladinhas. Banheiro espaçoso com chuveiro muito bom. A recepção do prédio também. Todas as meninas foram muito solícitas conosco. Super recomendo.
