Stay here was ruined by a broken air conditioner that was not fixed during a 3 night stay. Weather was more than 90 degrees fahrenreit during the day so room was like an oven. I reported the problem to management the minute i arrived in the room but nothing was done to fix it. I was given only a 15 percent refund for the inconvenience.

Pontos positivos: Localização, ar-condicionado funcionando, rápido atendimento quando precisei, prédio organizado e calmo. Os copos estavam com marcas de boca (usados), pia do banheiro enchia de agua e demorava pra descer, a porta da varanda nao fechava completamente, o que consequentemente tinha muito barulho de fora, os lençóis e toalhas manchados. Já fiquei em outro apto do mesmo predio e a limpeza estava muito melhor, esperava mais pelo valor que foi pago.

"Tive a oportunidade de ficar neste apartamento e foi uma experiência incrível! Desde o momento em que cheguei, tudo estava perfeito. O apartamento estava impecavelmente limpo, organizado e confortável. A localização foi ideal para mim, com fácil acesso a tudo o que precisava. O espaço era exatamente como descrito, com todos os equipamentos e comodidades necessárias para uma estadia perfeita. O que realmente destacou foi a excelência na comunicação e no atendimento. Desde o check-in até o check-out, tudo foi muito fácil e rápido. Não houve nenhum problema durante minha estadia e eu me senti completamente em casa. Recomendo este apartamento para qualquer pessoa procurando uma estadia confortável e tranquila.

Imovel novo e bem equipado e bem localizado. Bom banho, boa cama, boa smart TV. Achei muito ruidoso o apartamento pois não percebi janelas/portas anti ruídos: os aviões do aeroporto de congonhas decolam logo ali encima 5-5 minutos de 6h da manhã as 22 horas. Acionei o administrador sobre a porta da sacada estar estourada. Nao trava. Nao sei se foi tentativa de invasão ou por mau uso de locatário anterior. Mas recomendo essa estadia.
Ao adentrar ao apartamento vi essa porta danificada com perda da condição de trava. Como era segundo andar, desconfiei.
