Enganação.

O hotel é muito bom, o problema foi o site Hotéis.com não ter informado que o café da manhã não estava incluso. Tive que pagar à parte. Muito ruim isso, o valor não é alto mas me senti enganado pelo site. Com certeza não uso NUNCA mais.

Precisa melhorar

Cheguei com duas horas depois do horário de check-in, aguardei por quase 40 minutos para liberar meu quarto e quando entrei no primeiro estava um cheiro muito forte, solicitei a mudança e fui atendido prontamente porém o segundo quarto também cheira estranho. Creio que é hora de modernizar as instalações, incluindo roupa de cama.

O hotel está muito defazado . O mobiliário e a iluminação são pessimos!!!! O carpet do quarto estava malcheiroso e muito velho . O café da manha e o atendimento dos funcionários foi ótimo . A localização do hotel é péssima

Não gostei porque as acomodações aparentemente muito confortáveis, mas tinha muito carpete e a higienização do mesmo não estava boa, visto que senti uma alergia muito forte por conta dos acaros

Estadia OK, valeu pelo preço e localização

O principal motivo de me hospedar aqui foi pelo custo bem acessível (quando fiz a reserva). O hotel é razoável, muito bem localizado (ao lado da praça da república) mas as instalações são simples, antigas e precisam de uma reforma. O banheiro é um pouco apertado, e também antigo (tem bidê! Meu deus do céu, quem usa bidê hoje?). O ar condicionado meio barulhento e o meu teve um cheiro meio desagradável no começo, que depois passou. Minha diária não incluiu café da manhã, não sei se é regra, então não posso avaliar. Os funcionários foram educados e prestativos comigo, só não gostei do fato de não permitirem que a gente receba amigos (que eles chamam genericamente de visitas e cobram extra). Voltaria a me hospedar aqui se houver uma boa oferta de preço.

Excelente estadia

Amei o hotel. A única observação que houve um imprevisto e na hora de fazer o check out, não tinha funcionário, pois o mesmo havia ido buscar um carro e por conta disso me atrasei para o trabalho. Mas amei o hotel.

Bom custo benefício

Hotel antigo, mas muito confortável. Banheiro com um cheiro um pouco mais forte, provavelmente por conta do tempo de uso do prédio. De qualquer forma, vale o custo benefício.

Hotel antigo, mas muito bem conservado, numa área muito valorizada de SP. Tem muito movimento dos bares a noite. e Por pura infelicidade, teve reforma na rua nos dias que me hospedei... O pessoal da obra começava as 22h com máquinas e britadeiras e encerravam o trabalho às 06h00. A TV do meu quarto pegava muito mal.
