I had a fantastic stay at the Blue Tree Premium Alphaville. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Nice and clean hotel in a very good neighborhood. Spacious rooms, good breakfast. Alphaville is a nice, clean and safe town. My only challenge was getting timely response to questions before arrival. Check-in ends at midnight but my flight arrives in the morning. I just could not get them hold my room so that I can check-in the morning. Other than that it is a great hotel, friendly staff. Overall, I would recommend.

The first time to stay at Alphaville. The hotel situated at the very convenient commercial area, which has a lot of eating options, including cafe. The supermarket is walking distance. The staffs were nice and very efficient. The only thing missing was coffee maker and hot pot in the room. Otherwise, very comfortable.

It would be nice to have a couch in the room but overall the stay was nice. The breakfast was exceptional one of the best I ever had for free at a hotel. My parents didn’t have an adaptor to charge their phones since we are from Canada and the hotel gave them one which was very generous. The only issue was during check in they tried to charge us extra because we were bringing our dog and we told them it was not stated on Expedia where we booked that there would be extra charges. They tried to argue until my wife spoke to the manager and he agreed not to charge us extra. So better communication between the hotel and Expedia would be nice. But a nice stay.

The only thing worth mentioning is the personnel: they were amazing! The hotel is badly maintained, carpet in the hallway is really dirty. Linen used is of cheap quality.

Property was out of electricity for over 12 hours from Tuesday afternoon to Wednesday morning at 6 am. Management were not friendly at all and they never say sorry about such failure. I will never book this hotel again.

Alphaville business hotel - nice, easy stay

Very nice hotel in a lovely part of town. The room rated 5 stars except the shower head that liudly dripped and the aging carpet.
