My initial check-in went smoothly. When I tried to extend my reservation due to flight changes, the guy at the front desk was kind of an a-hole, I ended up just rebooking it online because there was abundant availability, and it was easier than dealing with someone who had no interest in helping me as the customer or the business he works for. Good location, nice air conditioning. There is no room service as there is with typical hotels so if you are staying more than 2-3 days, you will need to ask for additional toiletries and towels if needed. There are some cheap construction materials used in what appeared to be a refurbishing effort that were flimsy, and quite literally falling off the wall. On the upside, it was very convenient having a key code for the door rather than card access.

Misleading. Everything has an extra cost.

I've stayed at Smart Apês several times last couples years. Never had a complaint. This time they do not offered cookware or blow dryer in the room. They advertise the room with kitchen, but, if you need to use the kitchen you need to rent the cookware, which is not o ly inconvient, but also false advertising. They also stop accepting you luggage ahead before your check-in or hold it after the check-out. There a vending machine for that and it's also paid separately. This time I've paid more for the room and got a bitter taste of been mislead.

Elevador muito lento e somente de serviç funciona

Elevador MUITO lendo e apenas um funcionando. Pedem pra fazer we checkin mas há demora no checkin quando chega. Recepção pequena e vulnerável qualquer um entra, a porta abre por sensor de aproximação Colchão não é muito confortável e esperava mais do quarto em si.

Ótima localização

Gostei do studio, apesar de pequeno, mas conveniente pra casal também. Ótimo atendimento na recepção e há um pequeno mercado com itens de primeira necessidade, alimentos e bebidas. A localização é ótima. Só atravessar e já está na Av. Paulista. Única reclamação que tenho é o banheiro não dispor de ducha higiênica.

Localização excelente

A localização é excelente, bom custo-benefício. Tem um pequeno locker no lado de fora que dá pra guardar as malas. Já me hospedei várias vezes, mas é bem difícil conseguir antecipar o checkin, até mesmo pagando, pois as acomodações estão sempre cheias. A comodidade de estar ao lado da estação de metrô não tem preço

Ótima localização, ao lado do metro Paulista. O Apê estava muito limpo e cheiroso. Único detalhe negativo foi que ao tomar banho, o banheiro transbordava, pois a água estava descendo bem devagar pelo ralo. Do mais, tudo certo. Recomendo.

Gostei bastante do atendimento. A localizacao é muito boa, central e acessível. Mas precisam corrigir a pressao intermitente nos chuveiros, que faz com que todo banho seja uma luta para acertar a temperatura da água, e instalar duchas higienicas nos banheiros.
