Ótima opção de hotel para relaxar e passar um fim de semana no sossego e em meio a natureza! Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Comida muito boa, embora achei que em feriado prolongado que estive lá anteriormente, teve muito mais opções e variedades. Recomendo o hotel e voltarei mais vezes!

Boa experiência, mas com melhorias possíveis

O hotel é muito bonito e bem localizado, próximo a São Paulo. Os funcionários são atenciosos e educados, e há diversas opções de atividades. Pontos a melhorar: principalmente por se tratar de um hotel de alto padrão, o isolamento acústico do quarto deixou a desejar, o chuveiro estava desregulado e a piscina aquecida não estava tão quente. No geral, a experiência foi bastante positiva.

Muito bom retornar ao Almenat, que frequento desde 2020 e sempre está melhor. A comida estava muito boa, com muita variedade. Atendimento otimo, Nicole esta de parabéns. Tio Carioca que fez o entretenimento dos adultos, muito versátil, educado e divertido.

O resort tem algo incrível: Todos os funcionários cuidam das pessoas e do lugar com muiiiito carinho. Falam bom dia e boa tarde sempre que encontram os hospedes, e estão sempre dispostos a conversar e contar a historia do lugar e como eles cuidam das instalações, o que faz a gente perceber que eles gostam muito do lugar! Por isso onde você vai dentro do resort esta sempre limpo e arrumado. Capricho em todos os detalhes!

Precisam melhorar

Estadia foi boa , mas não atendeu nossas necessidades Estivemos no hotel no Réveillon. Havia um espaço de brinquedoteca muito bom. Proporcionava ótima alternativa para dias chuvosos em que não é possível levar crianças para a área externa Agora reduziram o local para 1/3 do que existia . Os brinquedos estavam quebrados . Haviam mais de 50 crianças no hotel . Mas não havia boa estrutura para a recreação interna . Só voltarei para o hotel novamente se isso for revisto . Fiz a reserva para que minha neta de 3 anos tivesse um lugar para ela brincar . Infelizmente isso não ocorreu . Além disso tiraram nos robes dos quartos . Haviam poucas toalhas na piscina aquecida . Sem robe alternativa foi subir para os quartos molhados .

ALMANAT: hospedagem agradável e próximo de SP

Fomos muito bem tratados. O hotel tem equipe bem treinada, funcionários gentis, as instalações estão bem mantidas. Comento sobre o Funcionário BRUNO da recepção, pessoa extremamente gentil e proativo, e todos da recepção nos trataram muito bem. A proximidade de Embu das Artes também é legal, com lugares e lojinhas charmosas para visitar.

Final de semana em família.

Estadia incrível para aproveitar um final de semana em família. Atendimento excelente, comida diferenciada de outros hotéis com proposta parecida, quarto aconchegante. Pontos a melhorar: disponibilidade do spa (não consegui nenhum horário para agendar uma massagem, faríamos o pacote para a família inteira) e regras para estadia pet - após receber as regras desisti de levar o meu maltês pois não aproveitaria quase nada, teria que ficar sozinho no quarto do hotel.
