Pretty Property

Communication and check-in was terrible. Waited 2hr20min to check in. Was not provided with wifi/check in instructions prior to check in as promised. Virtual front desk communicates with you through camera/keypad on door. Which is a great concept but can be challenging for international tourists as English is not widely spoken and ALL apartment communication (emails and messages) are in Pt. Positive: Apartment was spacious, well located and generally good. Great bed and couch too. Tried twice to get a cancellation and refund but no luck. Took the loss and checked out 3 days earlier anyways due to the unsavory communication and service provision.

I arrived at the property but no one was there. Difficult to check in. Without my taxi driver help it would have been impossible. I stayed at this place for 7 days no cleaning whatsoever.

Péssima limpeza e péssimo atendimento!

Cheguei para me hospedar no primeiro dia, e, ao entrar no quarto o encontrei sujo, com cabelo de homem no chão da suíte, no banheiro tinha cabelo de mulher e a parede do banheiro suja com algo marrom, e secreções nasais por todo ambiente. Entrei em contato com a administração enviei fotos da situação e eles me informaram que uma pessoa viria limpar o flat, porém ninguém veio. Como passei o dia fora só cheguei a noite e continuava sujo, pedi para que me mudassem de flat e eles também não atenderam. Enfim, péssimos!!

Studio bem localizado, contudo deixa a desejar.

Studio bonito e bem localizado, contudo a limpeza deixou muito a desejar, o banheiro exalava cheiro de esgoto, moveis com marcar de copos e engordurados, tampa do vaso totalmente solta, os spots nos trilhos de led estavam mal encaixados e a maioria das lampadas não ligavam e por fim, o ar condicionado é do tipo só frio, sendo que nos dias que fiquei hospedado, a temperatura chegou a 5°C, ou seja, passei frio pois não tinha cobertor.

Atendimento pessimo

Serviço pessimo. Cheguei mais de meia noite e a acomodação não estava pronta. Me acomodaram me outro local com cama ruim e com cheiro de urina na sala. Reclamei diversas vezes. pedi troca de unidade e ducava. Gal do que jkmrpoximo dia i mi usariam e usavam sempre pretexto de que não estava limpo local que deveria aguadar. Perdia muito tempo na comunicação que é pessima, nunca sabem de nada e dizem que Estão verificando e que vão retornar e não resolvem, ou seja, minha estadia foi pessimamente no geral devido ao descaso em atender ao cliente que fica muito claro na plataforma que é a única forma de comunicação. Pedi a devolução do meu dinheiro para poder ir para outro lugar e falaram que só devolveriam uma diária sendo que desde a minha entrada eu já tive problemas. Nunca mais volto e não recomendo devido a falta de empatia e desordem na comunicacao
