Good property, and very clean room and good breakfast. Only disapointed point was pagamento was duplicated even if it was done through Expedia. I claimed and it was cancels but cost difference was happened due to transaction timing.

The building needs a lot of updates. Some dirty spots in the room and toilet ,but ok .not big deal . Whatever when I arrived at night my room looks was dark, because the 2 main lights were burned out, I called the reception, I was told that there was no maintenance, only the next day! unbelievable, I couldn't work, I decided not to stay at the hotel.

Horrível, tivemos que sair correndo do hotel

O IBIS São Luís precisa de uma reforma urgente de um novo serviço de limpeza. O saguão do hotel está reformado (notamos que é uma constante nos hotéis da cidade, deixam a área comum bonita e os quartos caindo aos pedaços), mas o corredor e o quarto cheiravam fortemente a mofo, a ponto de ser impossível ficar com a janela fechada. O chão do quarto estava imundo nos cantos e o banheiro, nem se fala. Além de muito sujo, coberto de mofo, box imundo, o teto estava com um buraco. As fronhas do travesseiro tinham manchas e o colchão era velho e desgastado. Ficamos por uma hora e decidimos mudar de hotel. Não tinha a menor condição de ficarmos, até mesmo porque a porta do quarto emperrava e não passava a menor segurança.
