WiFi connection strong. Hotel room neat and tidy. Check in and out were smooth and quick. Beach was clean. A few pools for people to choose from. Breakfast was not bad but too busy at peak times that the hotel is struggling to manage. Staff were mostly very friendly. Had dinner at the Chinese restaurant but their champagne glasses had a toxic smell which is totally unacceptable.

Good location but needs some TLC

We checked in and was given a room on the second floor but smoking was allowed on the floor but we were promised an uppgrade to a non smoking floor on the next day. Not really an upgrade only moving 2 floors up. The room was Ok but the breakfast area needs some TLC and staff knowledge of English was quite bad. The pool area which is quite big needs a complete renovation, a lot of things have been fixed by plastic padding. The food at the Japanese restaurant is good but you need to find the right waiter to fix the wine, the first night we got recomended a nice white from NZ and when we came back a few days later another waitress said they sold the last bottle so started looking for something else and a new waiter came and asked about the wine and he had another look and found another bottle. So you just need to find the right waiter. The Fish bar by the beach is nice for lunch and dinner and try the local shrimp ans fish. Also good service but sometime language challanges.

Great hotel, not so good "uprade".

Got a good package deal with a really nice Japanese dinner included. Breakfast is good quality. Only thing was my "upgrade" that went to a higher level floor, but overlooking a maintenance area instead of the ocean view. Also had the AC machines ontop of my balcony who made a lot of noice.. I was already settled and unpacked when I noticed this unfortunately. Staff is very friendly and service minded. Beach is clean and I highly recommend this resort.

施設は綺麗ですが、改装工事がうるさい。 夜に挟みを、依頼するも、持参されず。 翌日に、再度依頼するも、持参されず。 3回目に、クレームを言うと、持っできました。 靴下の止め糸が取れず、困っていたのに、対応が悪すぎる。 海の見える部屋を予約したのに、端の部屋で、ベランダに出て、はじめて海が見える状況どす。 エスクペディアの予約サイトは詐欺ですか？

Buen hotel en la mejor playa de Sanya

El hotel está muy bien conservado, tiene acceso directo a la playa y las habitaciones son amplias con baños muy completos. La comida está bien, pero no es lo mejor. En uno de los bares tienen una pareja de cantantes filipinos que amenizan mucho la estancia. El servicio sigue los estándares chinos.

Hotel direct on Yalong Bay

Check in was very slow. Reservation with breakfast but in the system, there was no breakfast. First room had smelly bathroom and was changed the following Day. Kids playground is a bit old and could be refurbished. Conveniently located just in the beach.

편안한 출장

전반적인 서비스가 너무 좋았지만 호텔 방 안에서 음식을 먹은 후에는 바로바로 씻어서 치워야 됨 !! 콜라를 마시고 잠깐 책상 위에 나뒀더니 콜라 주변으로 개미떼가 등장해서 너무 놀랬음 ㅠㅠ.. 방에 바람도 시원하게 잘 들어오고 전망도 좋아서 출장으로 왔지만 잠깐이나마 휴가 온 느낌이 듬
