Disappointed

We are totally disappointed by the room and quality standards of Fairmont Haitang Bay in Sanya. We had high hopes on Fairmont, being a prestigious US hospitality brand, and left it the very last stop of our four-day-three-night itinerary. The room facilities are not professionally installed. Room size (allegedly 63 sq m but nowhere near it) and arrangement are not the same as the website suggested. I would understand this kind of standards coming from a three-star class but we paid US$200 for it so we should expect the equivalent result. I promise myself I will NEVER visit a Accor/Fairmont property anymore Furthermore, we cannot see the rationale behind having the fireworks at 10:17 pm on a Friday night. Am I the only one who is sleeping?
