Everything was perfect, the view, the room… As someone mentioned jet tubs are hidden from street view but still they are not very private because tubs are next to each other. Entrance and the flowers are beautiful! Al in Al we would come again Thank you!

Santorini’s Best Hotel

Wow. This place was amazing. It was picture perfect with the best view of the caldera and a beautiful clean room. Alex was the best host. He was so kind and helpful. Breakfast was delivered to the room each morning at our specified time and was delicious.

We had a fantastic stay at Amelot Art Suites. It was a great location - short walk to the centre of town but just outside enough that it was nice and quiet. The rooms were beautiful and breakfast was really good. We took it twice on the balcony of our room and once on the patio terrace. The roof was also a nice place to relax and go in the jacuzzi with a beautiful view. Alex made the difference in our stay though. He was so incredibly helpful and very friendly. He gave us recommendations for the area, helped us schedule taxis, and offered to help us book activities as well. Just an amazing stay!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing Customer Service My experience with Amelot Suites was very disappointing, even before arriving at the property. I contacted the hotel to request a modification to my booking, but they refused to accommodate any changes. I was told that no alternative rooms were available, yet I was able to see rooms still being offered for sale on other booking platforms during the same period, which left me questioning the accuracy of the information provided. The hotel’s strict no-refund policy offered no flexibility whatsoever, despite my efforts to find a reasonable solution. What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the owner and staff. I found their communication to be rude, dismissive, and at times offensive, which made an already frustrating situation much more unpleasant. Customer service is a crucial part of the hospitality industry, and unfortunately this was one of the worst experiences I have had dealing with a hotel. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here and would advise future guests to carefully review the booking terms before making a reservation.

This place is amazing. Excellent location, very close to shops and night life. The room and balcony was beautiful, incredibly clean. The breakfasts each morning were expansive and delicious. We highly recommend staying here.

We wish we could’ve staid more time in this hotel with a nice view from the room and the balcony with hot tube ! The personnel of the hotel has been very helpful from our arrival to our departure, with a perfect service, good recommandations to enjoy the city and a nice breakfast on the private balcony !

A fantastic babymoon

First the location is very convenient and there is a parking close by. The staff is amazing! They texted me the day before our arrival to let me know that greek airports might be on strike the day I was supposed to travel and sure enough my flight was rescheduled. They even helped me contact the car rental company. They made everything very easy. If you want a 5* service don't waste any time and book this boutique hotel. The breakfast is brought to your room every morning. The room is spacious and very nicely decorated. The view from the hot tub is amazing. Thank you to the entire staff!!!

Superb, amazing location being central to the town but on the edge so wonderfully quiet. Views from roof terrace are 360 degree amazing sunrise to sunset. Breathtaking. The team are friendly and very efficient helping with taxi to and from airport and a beautiful surprise cake and wine for my fiancee birthday. Amazing. Thank you so much. We LOVED our stay.
