"The place was very clean, and the staff were professional, friendly, and respectful. The breakfast was scrumptious.
The only issue I had was that the property was advertised as including a 24/7 shuttle service, which was not accurate. There was an additional charge of 30 euros, even though the airport is only approximately 5 kilometers from the hotel.
I found the charge excessive and the advertisement misleading."

"Amazing stay! Room had a lovely view of the caldera and was very nicely maintained. The staff and owners are so attentive and great conversationalists. They helped arrange transportation for us, and directed us to some of the best restaurants we ate at on our trip. Located conveniently close to the Fira-Oia walk, which was super worth the hike.
We wish we could’ve been here for longer! "

"It was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. I love the staff; they are welcoming and helpful, especially the receptionist. She is the best. The view is breathtaking, and it's a very romantic place. I would recommend this spot over the main city or Oia because this location is in the middle of the island, and you can go anywhere without dealing with crowds. You will enjoy it. The place is clean and good, and I love their breakfast, especially their orange juice."

"The ONLY positive thing about this property was its phenomenal location and that is where the positives end and the negatives begin. For starters, the property did not pay their cable bill and as a result there was no TV in our room. No big deal because we can live without TV on vacation. In fairness, the manager responded quickly and tried to “fix” a “cable” problem, but we already knew what the problem was and it wasn’t a wire, it was non-payment!!! He said it would be fixed the next day...
