"This is an older hotel so don't expect a modern place. It is well kept and has its charm but somethings should be updated such as their computer system and carpets should be changed for hygiene reasons. The check in was extremely slow. There was virtually only one person checking in people, there was 2 people in front of me and it took over 25 minutes and I waited 2 hours for the room."

"Stayed here twice during our October trip. The rooms were clean, the pool was beautiful, the breakfast was generous and the staff was very personable. Only reason I gave 4 ⭐ is because there are no elevators and carrying luggage up to third floor was wild. Doable. But depending on your luggage it can be hard. So travel lightly 😉. Otherwise, we loved it! The AC was phenomenal, the rooms were clean and spacious. I have no complaints. We would stay here again for the convenience of how close it is to the airport."

"This hotel is located in a great location and very convenient to everything downtown. There are some room facing the pedestrian street so the noise is not bad. The room is spacious and linens were satisfactory. We did not like the entrance where you have to take 2 separate elevators in order to get to the room and the breakfast looks nice but is very minimal. I wish they had a fresh waffle or pancake maker. I probably would not stay at this hotel in the future."
